Issue by Hili Finance Company plc. (“Issuer”) of an offer of €50,000,000 4% Unsecured Bonds 2027 (“Bonds”)

In terms of the Companies Act, Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta, and Rule 4.48 of the Capital Markets Rules, notice is hereby given that Hili Finance Company plc has issued a Prospectus dated 27 January 2022 relating to an offer of Bonds.

The Bonds are guaranteed jointly and severally by Hili Ventures Limited (C 57902), a private limited liability company registered under the laws of Malta.

The Bonds are being issued to the public in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta, and the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority. The Bonds are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on 21 March 2022 and trading is expected to commence on 22 March 2022.

Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Limited (“CCIS”) acts as Sponsor to Hili Finance Company plc.
