Hili Finance Company plc announced the issue of €40 million in unsecured bonds, with a coupon of 3.85% redeemable in 2028, in July 2018. The bonds have a nominal value of €100 per bond issued at par. The bond issue is guaranteed by Hili Ventures Limited.
