Issue by Hili Finance Company plc. (“Issuer”) of an offer of €80,000,000 5% Unsecured Bonds 2029 (“Bonds”)

In terms of Rule 4.48 of the Capital Markets Rules, notice is hereby given that Hili Finance Company plc. has issued a Prospectus dated 3 June 2024 relating to an offer of Bonds.

The Bonds are guaranteed jointly and severally by Hili Ventures Limited (C 57902), a private limited liability company registered under the laws of Malta.

The Bonds are being issued to the public in accordance with the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority. The Bonds are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on the 24 July 2024 and trading is expected to commence on the 27 July 2024.

Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Limited (“CCIS”) acts as Sponsor to Hili Finance Company plc.
